If you have completed Master Gardener Course Work or the CHS Hort Docent Course, the Charleston Horticultural Society has a special invitation for you.

A new course has been created to allow you to use your knowledge, help CHS Hort, and become part of a horticultural-loving team. Charleston Short Hort includes:

. A brief history of horticulture in Charleston.

· Charleston’s great landscape designers.

· Ornamental trees, shrubs and perennials most likely to thrive in Charleston Gardens and their requirements.

Completion of the course qualifies you to be a garden docent for future CHS Hort tours which are held throughout the year.
