Welcome to the 5th year of the CHS Hort Summer Workshop Series!

As with everything else in the world right now, things will look a bit different this year as we move our workshops online via Zoom.   That’s right, you can listen to and interact with our exciting line-up of local experts as they tackle all manner of topics relevant to South Carolina Lowcountry gardeners from the comfort and safety of your home!   Each class will include approximately one hour of lecture time followed by a 30 minute Q&A.  Classes with local experts are $15 for members and $20 for non-members.

This year, we are thrilled to compliment our line-up of local experts with some nationally renowned instructors who will be speaking on a variety of topics relevant to Lowcountry gardeners!   Don’t miss this unique opportunity to interact with these stars of the horticultural world and ask them your gardening questions!   These “master series” classes are $20 for members and $30 for non-members.

Finally, we are thrilled to offer our members an exclusive virtual tour of the ferns of Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA led by Karl Gercens, Longwood’s Conservatory Manager.
