What is Plantasia? Why it is just the ultimate plant sale and gardeners paradise destination of the Lowcountry and beyond! One of the most sought after and anticipated events of its kind in the Southeast, Plantasia offers a vast array of unusual and cutting edge plants for sale (as well as tried and true favorites) set among the pastures and live oaks of the beautiful Old Towne Creek County Park in Charleston, SC.

Featuring unique garden vendors offering the latest in garden trends and local farmers with fresh produce, this year’s event also features our always eclectic Real Yard Sale, a Fairy Garden Workshop for kids, a variety of food trucks, specialty vendors and the debut of our CHS Hort Boutique featuring unique garden accessories and of course….plants, plants and more plants!

Garden experts and other non-profit garden organization will be on hand to answer your horticultural inquiries from home vegetable gardening to hybridizing your daylilies and more at this one of a kind plant sale extravaganza.  A perfect event for planning your spring and summer garden!

  Be sure to join us the night before for our always popular Plantasia Eve Party on Friday April 12th where guests will be treated to first access to all of the plants, garden items and other offerings before the big Saturday sale while enjoying food and drinks (including beer and wine) from our friends at Thurston Southern catering. Take the Cosgrove Road exit off I-26 towards West Ashley. Turn right off the exit and follow SC-7 (Cosgrove Road) for 6 miles following signs toward Charles Towne Landing. Old Towne Creek County Park is the next immediate left after Charles Towne Landing.
