Birmingham, AL native and Founder/Editor-in-Chief of Flower Magazine Margot Shaw is set to be our CHS Hort 2020 Yeamans Hall guest speaker this February 25th.

Shaw, once a self-confessed ‘call and order flowers girl’, set about creating a publication that spoke to her passion for the artistry and inspiration involved in floral design. Now in its 11th year, her passion project Flower Magazine has grown to include features on homes, gardens, entertaining and lifestyle. Margot is a sought-after speaker at antique and garden shows, museums, botanical gardens, interior design centers and more throughout the US and beyond. Her new book, Living Floral, published by Rizzolo, was release in spring of 2019.

Join us on Tuesday February 25th at the beautiful and incomparable Yeamans Hall for a luncheon/lecture and book signing event with Margot Shaw.

Margot’s presentation, excerpted from her new book, Living Floral, will feature a seasonal glimpse into the worlds of interior, floral, garden, and event designers, as well as architects – highlighting their flowering styles in entertaining and decorating. There will be a book signing prior to the luncheon.
