Join CHS HORT and best selling author Brie Arthur for an afternoon at Rusty Bull Brewing Co.’s impressive brew house in North Charleston.  We’ll kick the morning off with a tasty beer toast and then learn all about growing the grains that get brewed into beer! Brewmaster and co-owner Brian Bogstad will share his experiences as one of the Lowcountry’s most successful leading brewmasters and how Rusty Bull works with locally sourced grains to create their many varieties of beers. Brie will then discuss the use of grains that go into the beer process and offer creative ideas for seasonal grain displays while we enjoy a flight of Rusty Bull beers paired with some delicious creations catered by their on site chef.
